An Invitation, 
I welcome you to your very first Bars® Class, or, one of your repeat Classes, stepping you forward towards becoming a Bars® Facilitator. How exciting is this? 
 
Just by introducing the running of the Bars® Energy on you body is enough to make you at ease. Bars have brought more relaxation, stillness and shifted so many limitations out of bodies, and for me, taking away the head chatter I used to have non-stop. 
 
Bars® are a delightful, easy tool to use to take you out of a crappy mood into a chilled out space in an hour. How cool is that? 
 
If this is what you are seeking then I would recommend you give this a go.
Class 9am - 5.30pm.
 
Bars® are the 1st core Class and you can choose to learn more in the 3.5 day class of Foundation® which allows a whole bunch of new tools to use to change all the problems we get ourselves in. 
 
Bars® are the beginning. Start here and you can choose more, or not.
