Do you know what the Bars® are? 
Bars® are 32 points on the head, when touched lightly, tend to dissipate energy that is not contributing to you and allows in fresh energy. 
I facilitated this Class for over 15 years now, to allow you to learn some amazing Access tools and run the Bars points. 
When I have my Bars run, I tend to have all the head chatter I've had going on over the week, dissapear. I get off the massage table and I'm relaxed with no heavy thinking going on. Would you like this ease too? 
 
It does work differently for everyone so it can shift other areas of what is going on in your body. I would love to welcome you if you are keen to try this out.
 
After completing this Class you become a Bars Practitioner which allows you to run people's Bars for fun or as a business. How does it get any better than this?
